TechAssist Solutions is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and software applications.
Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and software tools.
Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory.
Resolve support tickets and ensure timely responses to issues.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and helpdesk tools.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
