PeopleFirst Corp. is seeking an HR Manager to lead our human resources department and manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in human resources management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
